Introduction to babywearing for doulas:

In this session, Mel Pinet, a certified sling consultant with 10+ years of experience will cover the basics of babywearing with a focus on the newborn stage.

She will talk about the benefits of babywearing, suitable carrying options for newborns with quick demos, safety, how to use a sling to support feeding and how sling libraries support new and expectant parents. There will be time for Q&As.
