General Provisions

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By opting for a payment plan, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility
   To be eligible for a payment plan, you must:

   • Be at least 18 years old.

   • Possess a valid credit/debit card or bank account.

   • Have your payment plan application approved by The BirthBliss Academy.

3. Communication
   All communication regarding payment plans, including updates and notifications, will be sent via the email address provided during registration. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are accurate and up to date.

Payment Terms

1. Payment Schedule
   Payments must be made according to the selected plan’s schedule. Any missed or late payments may result in penalties, suspension of services, or cancellation of your payment plan.

2. Late Fees and Grace Period
   A grace period of 3 calendar days is allowed after the due date. Payments not received within this period will incur a £20 late fee.

3. Insufficient Funds
   If a payment is declined due to insufficient funds, a £15 fee will be applied. It is your responsibility to ensure there are adequate funds in your account for scheduled payments.

4. Retry Policy
   If a payment fails, The BirthBliss Academy will attempt to process the payment twice more before your account is marked as in arrears.

5. Incomplete Payments
   Certificates of Attendance, course completion, and any associated bonuses will not be issued until full payment is received.

6. Debt Recovery
   If payments are not completed in accordance with the chosen plan, The BirthBliss Academy reserves the right to engage a third-party debt collection agency. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred during the debt recovery process.

Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancellation by the Client
   If you wish to cancel your payment plan, you must notify us in writing at least 14 days before the next payment is due. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full at the time of cancellation.

2. Cancellation by The BirthBliss Academy
   We reserve the right to cancel your payment plan for non-payment or breach of these terms. Any payments already made will be forfeited, and the full remaining balance will become immediately payable.

3. Refunds
   No refunds will be issued for payments already made, except in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of The BirthBliss Academy. Initial deposits or registration fees are non-refundable.

Modifications

1. Changes to Plans
   Requests to modify your payment schedule must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by The BirthBliss Academy.

2. Changes to Terms and Conditions
   The BirthBliss Academy reserves the right to modify payment plans, including fees and terms, with 30 days’ written notice. Continued participation in the payment plan constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Liability and Disclaimers

1. Limitation of Liability
   The BirthBliss Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or costs incurred by the client or any third party.

2. Force Majeure
   The BirthBliss Academy will not be held responsible for delays or interruptions in service caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures.

3. Disclaimer
   All services are provided "as is," with no express or implied warranties.

Governing Law and Disputes

1. Jurisdiction
   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and will be interpreted in accordance with the UK courts.

2. Dispute Resolution
   In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
