8. Payment Plans

Payment plans are available to support access to training. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to the full Payment Plan Terms and Conditions.

You understand that:

Course access may be paused if payments fall behind.
Certificates of Completion will be issued only once all payments are made.
For in person courses, at least 80 percent of the course fee must be paid before attending.

If payments are not kept up to date, access may be cancelled and unpaid fees may be referred to a debt recovery agency.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy.

For digital courses, you acknowledge that access to course materials begins immediately.
This means the 14 day cooling off period under UK consumer law ends once the materials are accessed, downloaded or viewed.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. General Terms

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. The nearest court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website.

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder will stay in full force.
This document is the entire agreement between the parties and replaces any previous written or spoken agreements.
