This full-day training is designed for doulas who want to confidently run their own antenatal sessions or birth preparation sessions for clients and parent groups.
Through interactive activities, you will:
Explore what parents want vs what they need in antenatal vs birth prep sessions
Practise explaining birth physiology and hormones in clear, reassuring ways
Learn interactive methods: card-sorting, role play, movement, and storytelling
