What are Doula Days?
Doula Days are relaxed, friendly meetups for people taking our online courses. They are a chance to come together, see familiar faces, and feel part of something real and human rather than learning alone behind a screen.
Each Doula Day has a loose theme, often shaped by what participants are curious about right now. That might be birth physiology, postnatal support, holding boundaries, confidence, business questions, or the emotional side of doula work. There is always space to ask questions, bring real situations, and explore things that feel a bit tangled or unfinished.
These sessions are not lectures. They are conversations. A place to think out loud, hear different perspectives, and deepen your understanding through shared experience. Some people come with questions, others come to listen, and many leave feeling clearer, steadier, and more connected.
